What does the service consist of?
A bespoke package, to complement traditional wedding photography, the focus is on capturing the atmosphere and spontaneity of the day, through being on location, drawing everything that happens throughout the event. The result is a beautiful hardcover presentation book of drawings, in ink and watercolour, covering the ceremony, the guests, reception, meal and dancing etc. Travel expenses are included unless it is too far to go and return in one day. After the wedding, the drawings are scanned and digital copies provided, and the originals are sent via registered post. Of course any personal preferences or requirements will be taken into account.

The principal service is a beautiful sketchbook filled with drawings of the wedding day, done live in the moment, straight on to the paper in ink, and finished with watercolour.
The sketchbooks are created by hand by artesenal bookmakers Sphinge. This includes a personalised hardback cover printed on high quality fabric, and can be totally customised to your preferences.
LARGER PAINTINGS
If you prefer to concentrate on larger scale scenes, for the purpose of creating originals for hanging on the wall, rather than filling the pages of a sketchbook, you can choose this option, up to A3 size, on high quality 300gm watercolour paper.
PRINTS
Prints are available of all the drawings done of the wedding, in a range of sizes from A5 to A3.

PORTRAITS
You can also order supplementary drawings done from specific photos, or for example if you’re looking for a more traditional wedding portrait service on its own, I additionally do portraits of the bride and groom or of groups of family/friends etc from photos provided.
About the artist
Nathan Brenville is a freelance illustrator and 2D animator from the north of England, and a member of the global Urban Sketchers community. A graduate of Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, he moved to Spain in 2016, and in the same year he started Dibujante de Bodas. Since then he has drawn weddings all over Spain, including inside Gaudi’s La Sagrada Familia, as well as England, Italy and Amsterdam.
